Federal Reserve Chairman Ben S. Bernanke said an improvement in state and local government finances will depend on the rate of U.S. economic expansion.

Hum...that's sharp minded. It requires a razor sharp intellect to conclude that. But between the lines he says the FEd will not bail them out.

In relative terms services did not jump but cpi jumps following a raising streak in ppi ( before ME!) however ECB is in a trap . Taken as a whole economy Ezone state is worse than US. Too many actually ailing industries get subsidies thus masquerading the actual state.

yes with 2 brokers one can have short and long pos . Profit depends on exit .
Chartists will exit from both positions concurrently and make no money. But I am not a chartist.
I use only strenght and trade strength differences, not prices.

Said's comments were useful if decryption ( or encryption ) key provided.
Nevertheless with the geopolitical situations given traders must take politics into account.
Not at all surprising Russia profits most. Russia's grip on Europe becomes untenable.
