Euro and especially Euro/jpy were very busy late wall street and in asia morning,a bit oversold and failed to blast the resistence at start of london seession,needs to consolidate with rate decisions ahead ,a dodgy IMF report for spain,and public workers striking in greece to think about.

Gone short Euro/jpy at 110.70,euro/usd broke 1.2650,top 1.2665 but has pulled back rapidly.Now just marginally above the 650 but it does"nt look a strong break,maybe a bridge too far on the day,may scalp or hold depending on last hour action.

Hi Ashraif,glad you had a good time in south africa at the world cup!Got a little question for you if you have the time??? If you see usd/jpy at 85 and euro/usd at 1.6 ,where do think euro/jpy is going to be???Parity or down past that ???

Dow has been paring earlier gains quite a bit and euro coming off the boil with it,nasdaq now gone negative,oil heading lower,last two hours on wall street as always very important,but we could be looking at a negative close.If Tokyo and sydney follow that lead we could see euro heading down for another test of support in early asia.
