think 153 will be turning point. feds will launch 2nd part qe2 in dec. sterling should then rebound to 168. then boe launches its qe2 in late jan. gbp then falls back to 158.

nov elections could equal democrats losing control to fiscal conservatives. catnip maybe right we may not see such a huge initial amount of qe2. market confusion could lead to usd strength in the short term

american elections almost on us. if fiscal conservatives win this could provide a usd stimulus. also great uncertainity in the markets would help usd for a short while but on this alone usdx could head back above 80
