after ECB cuts deposit to zero, banks withdraw 480 bln from ECB deposits and parked that in US treasuries german bunds and yes a few in PIGS bonds. Of course exactly that was what ECB wanted. That explains 100% chart-free USDx and EURx.
However short term EURUSD will recover to about 2240 .

btw.. all scalp targets hit.. only 100+ pips in a day :-( not quite XYZ's 1000 pips :-)
