mo, higher highs indeed on 4-hr chart. im looking at the flattening stochatics diverging with rising price. last time we saw this was on Oct 23, 30t and Nov 9th.

GBP/USD 4 hour chart keep making higher high and higher lows, very bullish configuration .. It is poised to break 1.70 soon, I expect 1.76-1.78 by year end.

spec, i guess they rely too much on their equity flows data. But the question is whats driving these. carry trades i still think.

ashraf, UBS research shows that equities have not shot up due to the dollar being used as a cheap carry. would you agree? I think not.

Hi Ashraf,

My understanding is that the only way for Kiwi to start moving downwards, is when the S&P starts its "serious" decline, is that correct thinking... only S&P?

billyounge, im not too sure why. mkts expect RBA to raise in Dec but NZD requires more losses in equities to come down.
