@Ignore - Lol that guy sound sounds like quite a character. My bread and butter is equities where I can swing for the fences...I wanna learn forex so I can have nice "girl money" for the wkend. Guess it's all about watching price action and getting experience

Yes, the charts onm the forum need some serious upgrade. They are among the many sections of the site that will be modified by month-end.

Gunjack...not to interrupt...but back a few years there was a 23 yr old trader from London
login on some forums as 'biginthecity' who waited for those 10/12 pips with big big lots, always arguing about being filled...hit 55% of successful trades.....scored 'big'..

a few make it....maybe it can be Gunjackinthecity?

Shane, monthly chart very large timeframe. The larger the timeframe the wider stops you need so the smaller size lots to fit your account and MM.

If you knew 100% a 20 pip move was ahead and you had sufficient margin you could retire on that one trade. To trade monthly timeframe is out of the question imo. No harm in being aware of monthly and weekly positions but daily timeframe requires quite wide stops. Ashraf is bad influence in this respect :-)
