Asia stocks (MXAP) declined for the first time in three days and the Australian dollar weakened on growing concern about Europes debt crisis before France sells as much as 8 billion euros ($10.4 billion) of debt today. Aussie retreated 0.5 percent to $1.0315, depreciating against 15 of its 16 major counterparts.

probably Hildebrand's wife is buying aussie:-)..

Sir I did on Dec 28.... but ok I gave no entry because i just went in at market .
I don't have a clue yet why aussie is so strong.
EUR rs looks weak today but I don't see USDx going higher maybe EURUSD is at bottom of range. If no Ezone bank (Italy) goes belly up I think EURUSD trades aren't profitable.

EURCAD short made another 130 pips today after touching 12620 it dropped to 12490 my sl is 12630 i set it now to 12550 . Someone must by buying AUD because its relative strength goes thru the roof. It seems AUD is bought with USD . China? Russia? Dunno.

lol gimme..no my lifestyle nothing like cat's... I am positive of that.:))

those trade weights not unusual gimme..not much cash to maintain those levels....

AND trading is enjoyment for me........perfect life passenger...................................................>

Forex futures and options positioning suggests that the US Dollar (ticker: USDOLLAR) could soon post important losses against the Euro, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, and Swiss Franc.

CFTC Commitment of Traders data shows that speculative futures traders are their most net-long the US Dollar against the Euro on record. And though sentiment extremes are only clear in hindsight, there is real risk that the USD could see significant pullbacks on any sudden EURUSD short covering.

Typically we see highs and lows for the month set in the first and last week of the period. If the USD trades significantly lower, we could see a larger pullback into the final week of January. - Dailyfx
