some new proposals out... basically put all debt greater 60% of GDP in a pool , restart with lower interest on bonds from scratch , and err... well the pool ... its still there. And is not free
of interest. The idea is the PIIGS can get lower rates and with strict austerity can recover economically . Basically its a big haircut because maturing bonds are put in the pool.
Dunno. Peter F. Ponzi advised to issue securities on the pool and pay the debt with the sales of securities. I have a hunch that is a brilliant idea.

will be going abroad tomorrow carry weapons of destruction: a bag of chartz...
pressure on layback style EU is so high be prepared for EUR and stocks rally ...although short lived but will last to first week of January
