I am still long with EURUSD call options and hedge with fx trades. Italy is too big to fail and too big to bail...even more France.
So either EZone breaks up or a solution is found very soon.
I favor Euro breakup only Germany Netherlands and Finland keep Euro.
And then of course many "unthinkable" things could happen. Russia could peg ruble to Euro.
UK may join Euro. From a pure money-mathematical viewpoint this makes sense.
But its a long way.
Other solutions would mean even more austerity and hence more economical imbalance.
Won't work in a mid term view.
