no need for EW to predict if USD is devalued big flow of USD into emerging markets.
More pressure on PBOC to buy UST.
It may appear off topic but in this context is on topic: Russia and China rank almost first in terms of corruption. This is a perfect environment for FED.

i dont follow usdx but was sure that 1.45 would have played major resistance with uncorrelation in natural resources

no i just follow it as to pound but the corrrelation is roughly the same.
there is a whole dynamic in the middle east

the capita inflow in turkey like frontier market and emerging ones are still valid.
the correlation with US market corection makes me think that first we are heading to 2.45.
on elliot that works well
