long usdcad @1..0265....sold @1..0315...now waiting for oil to recover..back in usdcad under 1.0275...made my mind up i;ll be deploying cash an taking up huge positions in long usdcad at these levels...wayy too much volitility(day-day) to risk missing out on these trades at current levels..gl guys

As long $BLT keeps chasing #Potash $POT, $CAD will like it. reiterating yesterday's rationale in favour iof $CADJPY & against $USDCAD. 1.0220s in focus. Canada Leading Indicators better not disappoint.

chloe, i do not see parity in USDCAD in 2 weeks or 3 weeks. 1.0220 is a little aggressive target but im still going for it based on uncertainty in US but MORE IMPORTANTLY broadening strength in CAD as well as this POTASH STORY, which wont go away soon especially as BHP will likely step up its offer as it turns its offer into a HOSTILE ONE. If you want to play an extended longs in CAD, best do it vs AUD

hi ashraf..im sitting in 99% all cash waiting for the usdcad to hit parady...i see ur calling for 1..0220..my question to u is do u see parady in the next 2weeks or should 1 be playing these drops with short lived rallys(50 pip moves)...??im willing to start layering orders on my way to parady but i would love to see my whole position at parady...but with the crazy volitility i sure would hate to miss out on a sudden run up in usd...a lil advice from the master is much needed:)thanks an have a great night..forum can weigh in always open to others advice:) gl guys

Canada produces twice as much as #Potash as Russia ==> $BLT bidding for $POT another negative for $AUDCAD

i bought Potash & Mosaic in late 2008. good to see im finally breaking even. Thinking about VALE

AUD is strong as ever, ready to retest .908. Add to that EURAUD failed to hold 1.43 yesterday, heading to below 1.42 and GBPAUD soon to retest its trendline at 1.735-6 and unable to break 1.753. For anyone shorting AUD, it's not a pretty picture as it's been so easy to be on the long side for the past few weeks. I wonder at which point will Ashraf throw in the towel with GBPAUD as well.
