I think Sarah makes very good points about chanelling everything into your site. I feel she is right also in saying it is pretty obvious you need a new web site engineer. My issue is the one of navigation. Speed of access to everything you provide in split seconds without having to run 3 or 4 explorer tabs. Streams which do not time out. Easy ref archives etc.
I can be managing anything up to 10 open positions on different timeframes and different symbols. I try to make a contr in your forum. I work an average 16hr day in the screens at age 66. I service emails to old time trading colleagues. I try to keep up with everything but my biggest problem is your site and method of communication.
You work incredibly long hrs, I don't know how you do it. It's the site and communication technical issues which are seriously jeopardising your business potential imo. I want to see you succeed with the biz, you are already well proven in every other respect !
Instead of having to decode your point of view through a article (i think thats the british education system influence here :P) it would be great to conclude each article with bullet strategy or recommendations finally especially for day traders am assuming almost 60 percent of the subscribers have professional trading background of some kind.

1. Trading strategies and tactics daily every 4 hours at certain times: buy sell recommendations with chart analysis of FX and commodities that would be updated every couple of hours or 3 times a day at a certain time with the open and close of the major markets instead of bullets and instead of having to follow you on twitter on tv on a million different media if you chanel all your efforts on ur website and increase even the subscription fee that way you will attract more subscribers also
2. News analysis section: that would give you the reprecussion effect of each news on commodities and fx from your perspective
people subscribe because they would like to seee YOUR views and outlook updated more oftenly instead of trying to find them across a million media. any trader would acknowledge that its hard to keep searching for ur outlook here and there.. as time is precious and trading is about timing. let your website be the reference that way youll attract definitely more subscribers

But I will tell you the irony of things: Last year people kept asking for a service that gives news releases, analyzes them while others asked for trading ideas with charts. Now that we have provided with both, some say it is too cumbersome, too much information or too hard to navigate ( this point i agree with).
Last week, i had some people telling me "Ok i saw the new Premium service. DO you do training/mentoring/fund management"?
The point is, people will always tend to ask for the "other" thing or the "next thing".
I am not saying that you Dave are doing that, but it seems to be a general trend of social behaviour.
Pls keep up your suggestions as they very valuable and we need to improve our offering. We are only in week 2.

Ashraf I agree the mini bullets provide good quality analysis and alerts but with your IMT's, the new Premier articles, the need to follow you on twitter to catch timing of issues and the cumbersome website to try navigate there is a limit to how much "stuff" a TRADER can grapple with whilst TRADING.
I subscribe to a good forex squawk service which is dead easy to navigate, doesn't time out, provides all the eco news announcements far quicker than anything else I have experienced and much more besides. Both audio and text. It works very much better for me than the mini bullets and its cheaper although that is not an issue. If you can get all your stuff properly sorted for very quick reference, and I mean quick and easy, I would consider the mini bullets once again but I would not wish to discontinue my FX news service. Let's be realistic here, we have a ginormous mess on our hands that needs SORTING.
Saka, HIA impact on USD is more straightforward than debt increase.
