Hi Ashraf

Read your last Intraday Market Thoughts.
The Nok got hit badly against the JPY today, probably because of market fear and oil decline. Even we raised interest rate, the financial minister "talked" the gains down...
However the Nok strenghtened against the CHF and EUR, cause of big problems in the EU.
You know me, wanting to short the JPY, is it good to sell JPY against the NOK at these levels @ 15,46-15.62?
If oil will rebound I expect the NOK to strenghten against the JPY as well......
When do we see 16.5ish again?
Advice please.

Hi Said!

Was I too slow on selling JPY/NOK today? I never tought US would go bullish... hoping to get a better edge, but seems we are now bull...so JPY down..
Any toughts?

under the Copyright emblem at the bottom of all crosses, there is a button, it says: "Trykk her"
This means "press here". So click on it, the chart will come up in CHF/NOK cross, then detach the chart and choose your currency cross in the "Instrument"-pane.

I sold 32 million YEN at 14,87 (against the NOK(0.06725)) and I am looking to put in another short. Where? Any rebound soon? I am gonna short this pair to 16,70 (0.0599))
Also, about the GPB... I wonder how low it is gonna go. It has never been so low against the NOK as it is now. Is it a good idea to use it for hedging my JPY/NOK position?

Then, show grapichall chart, detach and choose your cross. JPY/NOK go all the way back to 1975!

Downtrend intact with GBP/JPY? Where do you see it bottoming Ashraf? This cross is at historicall low almost. And against the NOK, it has never been so low ever! I see no support against the NOK....
Is the GBP going to crash totally?

See what is happening with the JPY against the NOK?
Ashraf, you never got this cross correct. Sorry to say so. Good I thrusted myself and shorted it from 14,87 since last Wednesday. Now I will wait for it to touch 16,70, maybe see 16,9? ...before it jump upto 15,4? Then too 18,2 within this year.
Any other suggestions? Said?
