I would have to say the man was "dead on" last november, to hell with jan 6, you could have been holding short since then. that being said i played the correlation trade which obviously was totally wrong. dx up mkt down. Should have put a forex trade on then.

Well just watched the addendum on youtube to your terrific article here sir. Thats what gets us newby traders in trouble. My assumption is that if euro is falling , then short oil and short the mkt. When good traders like yourself see the unraveling of correlations occuring you know when to be cautious. I'm still trying to put it all together, 2-10 yr spread between countries and other assorted data. Let's go Algeria , FIFA2010 South Africa!

ashraf, I was in the Hamzei room earlier this month, you want to talk about hedging. If Fari didn't see the ES moving his way, he would start hedging with the NQ. Then when he thought he saw a turn, remove the hedge. That being said, you need one Big Bankroll. It was too much for me to stomach. Happy New Year!
