German constitutional court today decides whether it will accept lawsuit filed by numerous plaintiffs economists and politicans against ESM . The decision does not mean anything with respect to eventual
judgement , but if the lawsuit is accepted for later trials Merkel and Schauble will get very nervous and so will Euro.

...looking for eurusd to tag 1.1980-1.2000 before some meaningful bounce back/consolidation...staying on the short side...

good to see pips being bagged in here ;)

well.still holding shorts 2537 avg stop not hit..but 4 hr signaled long last candle at 2314......but will hold until 2337 stop at most......1 hr barely north now...if survives 2400..push to mid 2440/60......

neither nor i am long in euraud 1.2030 , stay side eurusd. Too much politics. Will go short Eurusd below
