Gold Catching Down with Euro

Gold's record high vs. euro was a key signal in ensuring bearishness in both the currency & the metal against the US dollar. Forex & commodity traders must watch.

We can't beat an elephant like Soros, but we can use his great feet to crack open our coconuts.

Xaron, looks like gold may go to the 1123 region. You mentioned the daily trendline, this also coincides with the 786 retracement. I came out my short positions yesterday. Made a loss, but i'm looking to reenter around 1123 - 1115 - Good luck

Pipped any help on this thinking would be great

Gold does look tired here at 1113/1114. Doesn't mean Soros can't add another $10 while he is buying AFTER he proclaimed Gold is in a bubble

with a very tight stop on the gold short. May have some "risk" short covering into the weekend.

Next resistance at 1123 (daily trendline), then 1132. I'd reconsider my short bias after a daily close above 1132. Support is around 1090.

@ xaron - what would you suggest is Gold's immediate support and resistance levels at this point?
