No the US stock market will decouple from Europe and emerging. US stocks will go up further.
US is in a sweet spot. Europe is in black spot.

Dave, The equity markets are trading sideways and catching a lot of long and shorts out. Following the high of 1344 on the S&P, so far intraday rallies have hit 1336 and so far 1328 (i.e. lower highs) I still think the next move is further down below 1300.

99.6-99.7 is v important area in CL imho...Wd look for a short if we broke thru that...otherwise will watch the relentless march higher of CL (TEST OF 103.4) and Eurusd to 1.4

yea Tony, I see this as a minor ret. My next levels are 100% sym at 1283 and 127% at 1269 either of which could denote end of correction. If it breaks down further to 1252 I shall be looking for much lower prices.

Dave, so far S&P is having problems going above the 1313 pivot. This rally seems to be fizzling out. I therefore see a break to 1275 next and then to 1220. I'll be shorting the rallies.

CL target 127% ext @ 105.53. Obviously it has to break test of the previous high to achieve.

If we head up there at some point the 78.6% key level for stocks is at 1381 and should attract some reaction at least.
