Qin,

Depends on how you define 'big money'! And while you find the definition, let me tell you I am making 'decent' money...and I am happy w/ it. Sorry, pretty happy. I make 'phenomenal' money once in a while...but predominantly decent money. But never have I lost, big, phenomenal or even decent money. Overall, I'm afloat!

Like if my current oil position is against me...I'm making money being long on the Nikkei (level 9800). So you SEE that my PREDICTIONS do WORK for ME. Oil, btw, can only go down from here...so if you wish to earn some DECENT money, I give you the tip. & hey, I'll be w/ you. I'm thinking of opening another short position around 77 to take my average to 76.

Will let you know if I open it...

Radu,

With the oil inventory figures firmly absorbed into the price, the maximum is 77.39 (when I posted the short signal, it was in 76.90s) - this is what market expects a fair price AT THIS TIME.

Today, or tomorrow, perhaps, they will realise that we are STILL not out of recession; further, when the markets start to dip (& USD strengthens) in two weeks' time, oil will naturally fall.

Ask yourself: is there enough production in the world to justify 77/barrel?!

Forum,

The US economic figures that have come so far point in the right direction. Even if the changes are minute, they're better than surveyed and those of the last time. Seems EIA will report reduced inventories (esp/ because Empire Manufacturing figs were better than expected). All set for oil to jump?

Interestingly, Dow went below 10K even though GS reported great figures. Signal?
