BOE Carney report been downplaying any prospect of rate increases even once unemployment threshold reached. Slack in the economy will be the big issue under scrutiny. PMI stats no longer control rate expectations.

usd and jpy pretty much converged on strength chart at mo but if the wave 4 triangle starting on the 22nd May finally finished at the 8th Oct low then we have since seen 1 up and 2 down with 3 up now in progress breaking through the triangle resistance line. Approx target for end of wave 3 would be 103.650/70 and end of wave 5 at 107ish. Back under the triangle resistance line would negate the count. For 3 days it had trouble breaking above.

1.3230 also a possibility at the 61.8% level but this thing been weak lowers the probability.

should/could make at least 3470. Higher prob for 3512 to 3560 range. Then down.
