g'day.. that's why it's important to not jump the gun and wait for confirmations..
it hit 127.20 ext precisely and channel top too.. aud straggling to follow euro higher and yen hit resistance 77.20 again so closing my long a/j carry for now.. gt

important market testing Spain and France bond auctions today.. most maturities beyond the 3-year ECB LTRO.. so no cheap 1% insurance premium on these "Sarkozy trades":-)..

so hedging like this seems very prudent..

"talks that huge EUR2bln 1.1000 put option was traded - 3-month expiry.."

well done AL!.. haven't been big fan of dt's but 400pips here was nothing to sneeze at.. now looks exhausted.. so might just range for a bit.. or break out on any aussie employment data surprise..
