Excellent video Ashraf.
Exited too early at 1.3600. Hopefully get back in on a pull back towards 1.3500. Just read Peter Rudd's blog on uup, very interesting.Still holding usd/chf longs, but exited aussie short too early.
Always been a believer of deflation coming to the fore and with equities probably turning down, catnip's 90 usd index is certainly looking closer.
Good luck all

Good luck Rose .May I ask your targets? Been short since 1.4100 ,out at 1.3600. Looking to get back in at 1.3800 level but unsure if it will reach that area from here.

Ashraf and Forum,
Do you think it possible to break 79.75, looking to enter after FOMC later this evening, for the medium to long term? Patiently waiting.
Done well trading Euro last couple weeks between 1.40 and 1.3750 on the short side but looking for a longer term here.

Thankyou

Thank's for your reply.
I trade with city index and ig index but on nat gas their spreads are 40 and 30 respectively plus you have a monthly rollover as the contract expires. cmc spot price seemed an ideal bet with a small spread until i realised their carrying costs was as high as 25%.
Good luck

Catnip, sorry to be off euro topic, I have been looking at cmc markets for the last month to trade oil and natgas futures as they have a rolling spot price rather than a monthly contract that expires. However their daily financing seems rather high, from what I can gather on the demo account it appear's to be around 20 - 25% annually. Do you find them expensive?

Any thoughts on a bottom being formed here? Currently at or nearly at all time lows.

Ashraf and Forum
looking as far back as 1984/1985 this has only been at these levels four or five times and they have been in the last five years.
Is this an opportunity for basement level buying for the medium term or could it break to all time new lows ?

Ashraf and Board,
Where do you see usd/chf from here in the medium to long term? Quite a fall so far from 1.17 could it be nearing a bottom?
Looking and waiting to buy in, any thoughts would be much appreciated.
Thankyou
