Exactly. The Fed wants weak dollar despite that in official statements they are for stronger dollar.
Ask yourself: If the US administration does not want weak dollar, why do they bother requesting China to let the yuan appreciate? Or why the US administration recently requested Germany to balabnce their current account? Good luck.
And by the way if you read Friedrich Hayek work you would most probably be able to foresee where the world economy is headed. After all he is one of the few known economists to have predicted the Great Depression.

I have read lots of articles abt China and been there also. China has its own problems. But they have very large potential, while USA is lacking such.

Catnip, I see no point in discussing these matters with you cause you are lacking basic economic knowledge.
I will just say something for you to ponder over. Why the Fed tries to devalue the dollar with these QE if as you say these actions only make the dollar strong. LOL
