There has suddenly been a crescendo of traders (Mostly Elliot Wave) calling the top in AUDUSD. I guess we should be trading this with an open mind on a day to day basis. Difficult one.

Ashraf i'd second Apaches question and ask if you still see this hitting higher (maybe even parity) in the first quarter?

Thanks in advance.

Aussie failed to return higher so i feel below 0.88 will be the next target, stock markets at it,s highest level with hesitating investors and i think it,s the time for deep markets correction 10-20 % down and do not forget gold price bubble!

EVERYONE, Aussie has rallied towards that 0.9320 territory which mustve stopped out many shorts. as gold and overall risk appetite picked up in Asia. This is the risk I was taking, when i issued this call. However, i remain short here as long as risk appetite does not accelerate higher and break 1120 in S&P. Aussie's last stand is at 0.9360. US jobs report may be the deciding factor. We sall see.

Letisha, although i like the fundamentals of gold, i see the technicals as overstretched here. 1200 is a target i called for last summer for this year. So it is time to pullback.
