From a bird's eye perspective, I cannot see any other outcome other than:

1) debt restructuring

2) default

Watch german bund yields and CDS on bunds. The market expects immediate bailout.
If Greece defaults without calling the bailout package then I think EUR/USD can reach parity.
EU cannot afford Gr default maybe the should ask Ben how to drop cash from a helicopter if Greece is reluctant to tap the package. or hire Fabrice Tourre he's available at the moment.

Hey guys, I heard that Greece could activate the aid before talks end. But maybe they won't. Or maybe they will. No, they won't. Yes, they will. We have a gun on the table. No, we don't. Please lend us money.

You could both be right. Still downside potential, but a bounce to 1.35xx not too difficult to achieve before then? (If it does, I'll be shorting it).
