Not yet Spain reports deflation... BOJ fights deflation for some 10 years . From economics : inflation is a curable illness deflation is lethal.

Asad you know oil get expensive for exploration if it dips below $70 so dont expect it would likely see a $63 or 68 this quarter, being summer demand just starting to rise. Incase that unlikely things happens petrol is going to get expensive than its ever been, thus creating a global oil inflation fears again.

Lucky,

I already swooped mine at 72.85. But you're right, it should, and will, go to 70...the way things are looking. Waiting for 1430...

Given the state of China economy I consider it unlikely PBOC tightens ... it could even be they launch another big subsidy packet.

Stationdealer,

DON'T bank on the scenario! Let baby come as nearer to papa as possible. Say, if PBoC increases interest rates today, do you STILL think it'll be oversold? No. Oil would drown by another 10%.

It ain't oversold until it actually IS...
