CHF Bias: bullish

Given their own ties to the EU, the Swiss released their own bank stress test results for their own largest banks. Test criteria & results supposed to be better. We havent seen details, though they could hardly be worse.

Given the paucity of CHF specific events, the Swissies continues to move with higher with risk aversion, thus the dubious EU banks stress tests should ultimately benefit the CHF, though it would likely lose ground to the safer, less EU-sensitive JPY and USD.

Support for the USDCHF holding above 1.0479, for the EURCHF above 1.3255

CHF provided several very nice low risk opportunities to get long. The thick blue line bisected the price action, with the action above precisely calling the equal and opposite reaction below. At least partial profits should be taken at the centerline.

Here is the chart. http://img185.imageshack.us/img185/5118/image65.png

A reversal in AUSCHF today stops after hitting 0.9165 level. Which could have been a nice sell off. A failure to stay above 0.9300 this week will likely to send the pair down to 0.9070 and then 0.8940, finally settling around 0.8492. The pair is still in a downward channel trend.

Setting buy orders for EURAUD around 1.4375.

@chnce: I don't follow CHF closely , so can't advise. However, in trading terms, you need REALLY long pockets to trade against the market, so take care. Sometimes a painful loss today is better than a catastrophic one next week or whenever. (And I speak from experience).
