"From ZeroHedge: Shanghai Drops To Two Month Low, As Chinese Stocks Are S&P Performance Mirror Image YTDhttp://bit.ly/e87EJn "

The divergence between #SHCOMP (Shanghai Composite) and #SPX is getting extremely interesting. Asian indices also reacting to this.

Timing being extremely critical, but is it now about time to start building shorts on SPX? Or how far could we see this drift upwards in illiquid markets?

And on queue CL reacts to the Chinese rate hike...Problem is as the rise wasn't so parabolic the fall shouldn't be so bad for the bulls, but we should get to 90.

Catnip, I'm surprised the Euro has not fallen. I'm short AUD/USD, again not much of a fall. What are your short-term targets for these (i.e. by week's end)?

In terms of equity indices, just wondering whether if anyone thinks shorting ASX is better short than the AUDUSD in light of the China rates?
