Last week EURUSD closed at 1.3986 trendline resistance connecting 29 Nov 09 & 31 Oct 10 highs. Its Friday now. Looks like itll respect the weekly downtrend, ends its rally & resume downward move. Will revisit 1.2872 or even 1.1876?

Your IMT November 11, 2010 15:26 ET mentioned EURUSD weekly death cross on 19 Jan this year & compared similar (i.e. both 55 & 100 wk MAs were above 200 wk MA when they crossed) recent death cross in weekly EURGBP with this EURUSD death cross. What I found was that the EURUSD death cross on 19 Jan was betwn 55 & 100 day MAs, not week. EURUSD weekly death cross occurred on 05 Apr 2009 instead as Farmer observed as well. What did we probably miss?

It wld appear there are clandestine / surreptitious efforts to manipulate the currencies concerned, for whatever reasons / motives. Sound familiar?

Reassuring to read abt significance of 200MA to EURUSD. Cld u kindly shed light on why this was not the case with GBPUSD, which crossed up & down its 200MA abt 10 to 11 times since 26 July 2010? Thk u.
