How will Moody possible downgrade of CA debt impact the possible exits, the dollar, yen crosses, the overall $2.4T muni market,

Will this push the 10yr above 4% or maybe 5%.. killing the US mortgage market and more price declines in homes.

or even with a Fed bailout will 10 yr yields climb quickening the pace of a declining dollar?

Also, throw North Korea into this crazy mix..

dollar index broke under 200-DAY and 200-WEEK mov average in the same week, highlighting the speed of the sell-off

Will this force the FED to have buy more treasuries than the $300B? Would this reverse the sell-off?
