Hi Ashraf, I understand what you mean about not chasing pips but I was looking to add to my position as Oil played out as you had predicted. I actually closed the trade earlier today at $70 so I am certainly smiling today! If the Cable hits 1.6150 i'll be even happier! I hope you enjoy what remains of the holiday and thanks again for your wise words.

Thanks Ashraf. I see the Inventories released at 15.30GMT have caused the price to shoot up. Do you see this as a good Shorting Opportunity?

Hi Ashraf, many thanks again for your wise words regarding Oil. Is it now time to move my Stop down from 75.20? What do you suggest, 72.80? Are we still looking good for $68 or should we take something off the table? BTW, I purchased the Book and Workbook, looking forward to getting stuck into them. Thanks again, Smiler

Asad, Many thanks for the advice. I really appreciate it. I asked yesterday what Technical Indicators people were using for Oil but I get the impression that people are simply following the Fundamentals. If it drops to 68 I would be happy to take a profit. Then it will be fun time and remember, no-one parties like the Irish!!! :-)

Asad, As Asraf says, I was selling Oil Short so the 75.20 was a stoploss. As it happens I am now in the money and an considering adding to my Short position. I have been using MACD and Williams%R as Technical Indicators, if anyone has any better suggestions I would appreciate it. I have no preference which Indicators I use, whichever are in sync with the Markets are fine by me.

Hi Ashraf, I note your comments about Shorting US Crude in anticipation of a price fall at the end of the Hurricane Season. US Crude is currently around $74.30. If I was to short it, where would you recommend I place my Stop? Many thanks.
