So that should support the Dollar because of less possible QE or not?

Well after this move up a retracement is necessary. ;) This might become a deeper one but I doubt we will cross 1.30 again.

They have to learn that they haven't to fight against China at all. Why against China? Why not against Japan. They manipulate their currency as well and don't tell me that the US doesn't do anything in this regards...

I tend to agree catnip. This upmove looks more like a short covering. The smart money might go out of the Euro soon again while a lot of retailers will go long now. ;)

Yeah I know. Look, I'm almost always a USD bear but even I can't trust this sharp upmove. I'd love to see more a slow appreciation but this is just too fast too far if you ask me.

@Mentawai: Lol, now they are calling for 1.50 again. I can't believe that bullshit. Some weeks ago everyone called for parity and below.

Hmm... I can't imagine to see this pair creeping much higher NOW. I put it a short here at 1.3720.

Well technicals show me that we run into a resistance around 1.3650. I expect some correction from here to maybe 1.32/33 but not below 1.30 anytime this year nor next year again...
