Yes I'm still long USD/JPY. And I will stay long.

Plus you have to consider that the markets did price in some kind of USD rate hike. Maybe they were just too optimistic. The Euro is just the Anti-Dollar so it has to gain when the Dollar suffers.

It gains because it fell several weeks in a row. No fresh sellers as it looks like. ;) This could lead to some kind of a short squeeze till the big guys step in again. I think they want to go for some stops. I still stick to my target of 1.38-40 within the next days before the next down move starts.

Just to say why I tell that: Look at the weekly chart and the two dojis. For me(!) a test of the high of the last 2 weeks is likely - of course not today but next week possibly BEFORE we see tests of the lows.

Latest twitter:

RT @21kos: @alaidi Can we go up as far as 1.3855 now? NO

Now that's funny. Why not? Of course we can. (Where did I hear that before?)

Yes, the only question is: How high will it go before we see 1025? ;) That's always the main problem. Look I can say for sure that the AUD/JPY will reach 100, the only question is, how deep goes it before?

But all in all Ashraf has a success rate which really scares me. *g*

Looks like the old scheme is still active: Good US news: bad for the Dollar - at least slightly...
There might had been some risk aversion before so this money now flows out of the Dollar again, but where? :D

Interesting reaction on better numbers... Strange.
