more data out that supports further $$ rally..not chasing the eur shortstill a good struggle going on with who is in the dog house but bias i think is moving towards eur..go $$ go..comon guys if ya think about it ..its what we need to remove the risk from the day/day trading when trading pairs @ high levels r./r not there when shorting the $$ at 73.5..74..way too risky to keep think its going to go lower..anyways i think its fund save to sell the eur on the bounces and buy $cad on the dips:) gl/gt:)

been waiting for breaks of this 42-43 range for a while now.. and i'm not alone.. one trader complaining of ACB's "on both sides of the market and hedge funds getting chopped up in-between." .. how about CB's scalping, eh?..

I am going to resist mentioning Ashraf's emergency trip to the IMF offices.

as FED seems to near agreement on exit strategies and unemployment claims are somewhat less USDx raises ad Eur falls on unemployment claims... seems the market understands FOMC messages as I suppose.

Guys, this room full of "quality" now. Both trading and general fundi commentary. Well managed EU plays during asian and horrible price action this week.

Chloe that 4305 level was not my level. It was my comment on Ashrafs darned 55dma. I dont think he has enough historical data in some of his charts to support his MA's. Don't like MA's anyway :-)

For IMF I favour an Asian candidate. I like Lagarde but do we really want another frenchie. Actually I think Lagarde is half english but that's not much of a reference these days.

hey catnip i agree 100% i too found the fomc very interesting as there was no mention to qe2.3/3 and the fed has started to move towards the door yes it could take 3-6mths from last meeting but we already knew the feds exit would be around the next 1-2 meeting..i meant no disrespect towards al and his long call but was a lil suprised to read about it on twitter(not premium service)as well for him to post his reasoning/execution of his trade long after the fomc was released after all thats why we paying for his premium service is to get his thoughts asap.when he calls it uneventful i thought that nothing has changed and pressure was still on eur..and further more i do read everything he post and try to disect it best i can/and i try to execute my trades but ..so again no disrespect a shame i missed out on the short eur but i moved some money into $cad@ 9758 level so up slightly:)..and 1 more thing i think fed decisions will remain uneventful due to recent transparancy that they are showing..gl/gt:)

I a'm proud to note Merkel was never even suspect of sexual assaults...
Now talk is Christine Lagarde is to succeed DSK.
Large parts of FEd discussion was about FED has no tool for monetary policy as rate is zero.
So I assume they will sell assets such as US treasuries and the best to do it is to provoke flight for safety.
