could be heading higher already... as long as we don't see close below 4380 level.... close below 4380 and we could see 1 more dip to 4270/80.... still expecting 4500/20 to be tested as long as 4240 holds....

Georges Papandreou surviving the no confidence vote last week told us todays vote would pass. If anything savvy traders would have bought the dip just now when the PASOK deputy voted no
