FXstreet.com (Barcelona) - The Euro soared across the board reaching 1.4435 against the dollar, after the EU summit outcome: members had agreed to extend the loans to Greece from 7.5 to 15 years while interest rate has been lowered to 3.5% on new loans. The bullish momentum extended over the American afternoon and even on early Asian hours, but is now on the retreat towards 1.4385.

Valeria Bednarik, Chief Analyst at FXstreet.com still sees EUR/USD holding a strong bullish momentum: "The pair seems now correcting extreme overbought conditions before aiming higher; the upside is supported by general buying mood, as local share markets had the same tone of their oversea partners. Hourly chart, shows a still strong bullish momentum that should help keep the downside limited

not giving up on my target yet.. but will wait for Sir's stop taken or channel broken:-)

"..Dealers in Asia say the session has kicked off on a
fairly subdued note, with euro-dollar now at $1.4395, as $1.4400 gives
way in the face of offers at $1.4450 and $1.4470. There's talk of weak
bids and hourly chart support at $1.4370/60, which may not hold very
long, trailing stops at $1.4340, with stronger support now seen at
$1.4300, and further tech support at $1.4276, the July 13 high.."

i didnt open , i decided not to

but i read some commentaries dat aussie beat up that bearish convergence / sell signal

today

i t looked pretty convincing

as long as 4358 holds... could see move higher to 4480 and possible extension to 4520....

break below 4358 confirms move south to 4260/80 then 4210/30...

but daily channel top posing resistance..

long 4124 tp 1/3 4430 taken next tp tba..

putting stop at 4350
