If I understand correctly what you are looking at you have a case for valid AB and BC but your CD is completely invalid. Waste of time pursuing the idea.

EW often does not work for currencies I admit that. However it does work in a trending scenario.

the starting point in your ABCD gartley labelling would be the A. The A is placed at the pivot high or low.

With EW labelling the A is the end of Wave A so would be placed at your B label.
