no nonsense. To recognize a Gartley time is insignificant. The prices are in a data string in sucessor order. It matters not at all WHEN the price was fixed only AFTER.

Dissent amongst astrologers is very common.

This is a Gartley 222 bear ...has nothing to do with the chart. It has 8 Fib conditions to be matched. Therefore its easily programmable.
