I don't know why Capital have me on a free ride by email, not by their website. This means that both alert systems are flawed in one way or another. Par for the course I suppose these days.

Capital alerted their premium trades by email arriving 50 mins after AL publication time but arriving 40 mins before AL alerted.

So looking like Capital have quicker alert systems in place. 3 of the new trades AL alerted are almost identical to 3 of Capital's new trades.
