As dogmatic as any french person in a place of power/authority that I know (and I know a few); I so wish someone had the balls to remind him of his raising rates in 2008 and promptly having to lower them once it all blew up

Trichet thrashing away at imposing greek austerity, he doesnt realise you cannot force such measures without the peoples cooperation.
