when you deal with scale parameter chartists should eventually get what they had been doing all the time : define a scale parameter. As this is arbitrary the total hit rate approaches coin flipping .

On a more general note I favour risk on if the ES can get its ass above 1390, currently at 1387 after a good rally up from Monday's low. Also bunds taken a tumble this week and US bonds/notes look like downside ahead. NYSE internals only luke warm but could get hotter, vix gapped way down today.
