LMAO !

Now if yer selling yer yacht let me know when new purchase is made. I can't reserve your "skipper" status indefinitely. Talking of which I am boatless myself, still awaiting some sunshine, darned UK.

George, I have 78.6% at 1.2885, of the swing up 1.2660 to 1.3710.

I see a cluster there 2918 to 2885 with the 200dma just below at 2850.

I assume Ashraf is still looking for EU prices well above the 1.3700's as I am not aware he has said anything contrary for his larger perspective other than his recent contra trend short trades. He was late to recognise the H&S.

UK property mkt held up remarkably well all things considered, nothing like the bust experienced in the US and Spain. But you have to realise we have a massive shortage of housing due to uncontrolled immigration over many years all squeezing into our tiny island. We are incapable of controlling our borders, even to the most undesirable riff raff. Successive bad governments I regret.

London has been a special case with rampant demand from europeans during the ezone crisis but now that "the crisis is ended" you should find a much greater supply of high ticket property. Cheaper properties under £1mil will continue to be in short supply and likely to at least hold their prices but you have the benefit of the weaker pound.
