FTchinese have an article today talk about same thing, but better. FT said most debts in china about local government, central gov debt only 40% GDP.

in 2014 local goverment need to repay 1.6 TLN RMB, 2.5TLN in 15, 1.7 TLN in 16. local gov will have to borrow new debt to repay old.

i dont want to make comment on this article, but if things go wrong, it must be in next 3 yrs.
