My overall outlooks remain highly bearish on EURCHF, but I cannot ignore a daily RSI which has recently dipped below 10. Moreover, Im also waiting for a bullish price action on USDCHF at the beginning of the next week which could put an additional pressure on the Swiss franc thats why Im waiting for a significant bounce on EURCHF back towards 1.4500 at a minimum.
However I remain attentive to the troubles in Eurozone and I will keep an eye on Swiss figures this week which could urge me to invert my short term outlook on EurChf

WHEN 1.45 WILL BE TESTED THAT WILL MEAN THE SNB WILL NOT NEED ANY MORE INTERVENTION FOR A WHILE;

how could SNB intervene against EUR given SNB reserves are already 80% EUR?

Qiman, that is completely false. The SNBs interventions were part of preventing excessive strength within a freely floating FX system, which is not the case of CNY. SNB only intervened against EUR and those interventions were NOT emerging at the expense of the Eurozone. The only way for US to label Switzerland as a manipulator is if the USDCHF was fixed rate and kept USD extremely weak. Where on earth do people come up with such ideas.

Djellal, are you basing that EURCHF forecast only on RSI? If the rally occurs on SNB action, that would mean USDCHF strength but not necessarily a rally in EURUSD.

Last week Oversold + SNB intervention = I'm waiting for a correction towards 1.4580 before a pursuit of the bearish trend.

SNB intevervened abt an hr ago with the USDCHF...just not so long prices were at 1.0434...and by the time i look price flew up to 1.0605!
