The spread differences and OIS are for the moment EUR supportive . I think a sweet spot is between 1.26 and 1.28 not clear what influence UK debt has. But for a week EUR is supported. Eventually China will determine anyway.

@14raj...
my guess is retracement max to 1,2750...this level should provide ur SL...so sell it earlier...
i would be VERY surprised if we exceeded this level..
personally,,im waiting for 1,2550 to 1,2650...those would be great levels to sell..my technical analysis tells me..
Mr.Ashraf sees just 1,2420...so i may be mistaken..

@14raj you are in good company the level of shorts in eurusd are at a all time high (since collapse of Lehmans)...that it just cannot keep going lower, there will def be a re-tracement...remember supporting measures by the EU & ECB cannot be ruled out or modelled and could blow up a lot of highly levered shorts

This just terrific marvellous...a politician who is able to think consequently... and does so! well he is not from eurozone beware of any kind of reason there.
As the moral authority for the global financial markets, Canada has some words of wisdom for those that will listen. We can confront our fiscal challenge with clear and realistic plans for fiscal consolidation, or we can wait for markets to dictate the terms for us, said Prime Minister Stephen Harper in a letter to world leaders.

Thanks buddy for the advice. But lucky....I am really bullish again in EuroUsd at the present level though the market is near 50 pips down from my buying level but really think its going to rock soon. And just now add copper long (though in CFD) at $3.93.lets see what the market is making for me.
Regards,
Rajib.
