Well a currency war is on... in such an environment where the US wants to force yuan appreciation it is indeed favorable for EUR when 3 month LIBOR spikes but otherwise it is considerd a red flag. The trader can always have stop sell orders with stops adjusted. I don't see a problem trading upmoves also but don't forget to take profit.
veryone except me was sure Bernanke announces QE but he didn't.
Now everyone is sure FED will announce QE but I am sure the FED will not.

Yeah I know. Look, I'm almost always a USD bear but even I can't trust this sharp upmove. I'd love to see more a slow appreciation but this is just too fast too far if you ask me.

@Mentawai: Lol, now they are calling for 1.50 again. I can't believe that bullshit. Some weeks ago everyone called for parity and below.

maybe a bit too extreme redstone?... only break above 9400 level would have any chance of parity...
could be topping around 8750/8800 level for next leg down imo...

Have not read all the posts but agree with catnip from what I've perused. Turning point of PBOC likely will occur within timeframe of 2012 transition of power.
