For EG I have a 127.2% symmetry extension target at 8731 which clusters with 61.8% ret of the move down from 9148 high to 8067 low at 8735.

The long entry for this move up was at 8400 and lighten load at 100% sym level at 8605. Final unit to be removed at 8730 if the idea is valid.

I think China cannot sustain its in fact artificially low yuan. QE is a bluff imo. The PBOC must fight inflation by all means. If FED does QE and effectively makes negative rate this will fuel
inflation in China even more if they devalue yuan accordingly. The only way out is to replace USD as a world trade currency.

@Xaron,

It was not really the 1,50 target that I found interesting but their arguments for Euro strength which is complementary with Ashraf views on competitive devaluation and I wanted to share it.
For the target wait & see!

They have to learn that they haven't to fight against China at all. Why against China? Why not against Japan. They manipulate their currency as well and don't tell me that the US doesn't do anything in this regards...

I tend to agree catnip. This upmove looks more like a short covering. The smart money might go out of the Euro soon again while a lot of retailers will go long now. ;)
