Finance Minister Jim Flaherty wants to encourage Canadians to save more for retirement - particularly self-employed workers and those who do not currently have a company pension plan

ECB announces doubling reserves , national CBs must contribute. Officially ECB did QE Eur 72 bln
with increased liquidity ( FED like but there is a big diference QE FED is far more safe than ECB QE) Merkel under pressure to accept Eurobonds very little chance of resistance because ECB balks at bailouts which are the consequence of Merkel's "plan". If Merkel than national CB#s must bear the brunt... she is more underwater than a whatever colored submarine.
Eurobonds will propel EUR but today no long trade.
