From currency strength JPY will raise with EUR small chance for EURUSD long. Anyway as China is the unknown i placed stop buy @1076 and stop sell @1069 OCO

EURUSD will indeed recover from 1290 to 13-131 but next target is 120 .
EUR is not so easy to compare with other majors as it is 100% political. Ashes to ashes means in politics nonsense to nonsense yields always incompetence but incompetence could interpret incompetence as reasonable. The only chance for Euro survival is a common euro treasury emitting euro bonds, and a common economy ministry. All else is medieval princedom bs.
