The next ECB pres will be Berlusconi. Then the whole story is consistent. Russia is officially governed by Mafia, why not ECB, too?

The simple political fact is Merkel ousted Weber . Weber is academic economist and money theorist Merkel has no idea of either. It is not Merkel's job to nominate the pres of Bundesbank.
In Fact Weber critisized the ECB's concealed QE and TARP policy because that is incompatible with Maastricht treaty.
