Nasdaq 29700 to 29750

The 3 hr chart on Nasdaq highlights the importance of the 29700/50 region, serving as as a high on May 14/15, low on May 28 and Monday's high. On the daily chart, the 29700/50 region aligns with the left and right shoulders as part of the head and shoulders formation. If we were to use gaps on the daily chart, 29750 coincides with the ceiling of the May 26 Up Gap, while 28200 coincies with the ceiling of the May 6 Down Gap. The gaps can best be seen in yesterday's chart here.
